BRP Modified Tour Headlines Fab4 Racing Friday Night
Sarver, PA (May 15, 2025) The ground will shake on Friday night at Lernerville Speedway with the thunder of the BRP Modified Tour as the area's premier Big Block Modified touring show makes the first of three scheduled appearances at The Action Track in 2025. A full field and then some, featuring the best pilots in the area and beyond should delight area Big Block fans as they battle for a handsome $2,500 top prize in the 35-lap main event, which will also serve as the overall tour opener due to a lack of cooperation from Mother Nature which claimed earlier events beforehand. The tour will be the highlight of an action packed Friday night of racing at the Sarver speed plant which will also include appearances from the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars and Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro stocks, plus an appearance from the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Late Models who will be stopping by for a City Chevrolet weekly series event.
With the Kubota High Limit Sprint Car Series holding court at Ransomville Speedway on Friday night and the Modified division off, fans can expect a good many Niagara frontier invaders that could potentially be in the mix including defending and multi-time tour champion Erick Rudolph, former four-time Lernerville track champion Mat Williamson, former Lernerville race winners Chad Brachmann, Ryan Susice, and promising young talent in the form of Dalton Slack. They'll be up against the best of the best among area drivers as defending track champion Garrett Krummert, former three-time champion and most recent feature winner Rex King Jr., and former track champions Jeremiah Shingledecker, Dave Murdick and perhaps DIRTcar Hall of Famer and 8 time champ Brian Swartzlander as the home team looks to defend its turf on Friday night. For the Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds, Friday will mark their third appearance this season with Williamson taking the inaugural Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday series win on April 27 and King's victory coming on Friday, May 9. Both fields saw very healthy car counts of 26 and 23 cars, respectively.
The Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars will make their third appearance of the season on Friday night, and if the current trend continues, surprise visits from invaders could once again be in store. Tim Shaffer and Parker Price-Miller took the first two checkered flags within the division, but yet to strike at Lernerville thus far has been defending champion AJ Flick who is coming off a win at Sharon Speedway last Saturday and will be looking to get his first win of the season at The Action Track under his belt.
There will be a twist to the traditional Fab4 racing lineup as the Glassmere Fuel Service Late Models will have the night off, but the Late Model action will be supplied by the RUSH Late Models on Friday as they make their first Lernerville appearance of 2025. The night of racing will potentially provide a big tune up for area drivers who will be looking over their setups in advance of their $20,000-to-win Bill Emig Memorial as part of the Firecracker 100 weekend of racing in June. Fans can expect a competitive field of cars to say the least as drivers make their preparations and also get a chance to show what they've got at The Action Track. The Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks will hit the track for the second time in 2025 with area hotshoe Curt J. Bish taking the opening night honors last Friday night, topping a stout 23 car field en route to a $1,150 payday as part of the 'Willie and Conda McConnell' Memorial.
Pits will open at 4 PM on Friday night with grandstands opening at 5 PM and racing at 7:30 PM. General admission is $20, while children 10 and under are admitted free of charge. For those unable to attend, Friday night's racing card can also be streamed LIVE on our platform at Dirt.TV. Monthly subscriptions are $24.99 and include all racing from Lernerville plus our entire content catalog while fans can enjoy some tremendous savings with our annual subscription for just $149.00. We look forward to seeing everyone on Friday!
