Persistent Showers Continue Mother Nature's Win Streak at The Action Track; Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday Series Event Canceled

Sarver, PA (June 8, 2025) The weather patterns over the past few weeks have continued through Sunday as the skies opened up over Lernerville Speedway once again and, with continued rain and showers in the forecast all day long, speedway officials have been forced to cancel this evening's Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday Series event which was set to feature the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds and the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305's. Thus far in 2025, only five racing events have seen the checkered flag with two Test & Tune sessions, two Fab4 events and one Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday Series event making the books versus nine total cancellations of racing events, in one of the wettest early seasons in the fifty plus years of racing at The Action Track.

A special Test & Tune evening has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 11 with simulated heat races (non points) for the Glassmere Late Models, who have only one appearance to date thus far. All divisions of cars are welcome and grandstands are free to the public. Pits will open at 5 PM on Wednesday with rotating hot laps starting at 6 PM, pit passes will be available for $35. Racing returns on Friday for our annual Mid-Season Championship Night as the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars, Glassmere Fuel Service Late Models, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds and Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks. Automatic starting spots to our marquee events in 2025 will be on the line for feature winners in all divisions. Pits will open at 4 PM on Friday with grandstands opening at 5 PM and racing scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM.
