Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday Series Up Next on July 6
Sarver, PA (July 3, 2025) While racing at Lernerville Speedway takes a night off on Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day, racing will take place this holiday weekend as round three of the inaugural Dirt.TV 3-Wide Sunday Series will take center stage on Sunday, July 6. The three division series has one event night in the books thus far in 2025 as our program on April 27, marked the first official racing of the season at The Action Track. Following a rainout on May 4 that scrubbed round two, the series, featuring the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds and the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305s is set to return for round three on Sunday.
On April 27, The Steel City Outlaw, Tim Shaffer found himself in Terry Bowser Excavating Victory Lane following his Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Car win along with four time track champion Mat Williamson who took the honors in the Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifed action. Meanwhile, Jeremy Kornbau crossed first under the checkers in the Allegheny Sprint Tour main event. The Sunday series has a stand alone point fund, rewarding drivers for coming out on the monthly event nights, and saw a promising car count on night one with 26 Peoples Sprints, 23 Diehl Modifieds and 17 Allegheny Sprint Tour 305's in competition.
Pits will open at 2 PM on Sunday with grandstands opening at 3 pm and racing scheduled to start at 4 PM. General Admission is $15 while children 10 and under are admitted free as always. For those unable to attend, we offer the entire night of racing LIVE for your viewing pleasure on our streaming platform at Dirt.TV.
